I am a believer, wife, mother and artist based in Charleston, SC. I currently work with acrylics on canvas, focusing on seascapes and landscapes that reflect the incredible views around me.

I’ve always been an artist, pulled to create in various forms, from drawing and playing piano to graphic design and photography . Before pursuing painting full-time, I spent almost a decade running my own wedding photography business, where I fell in love with film photography.

I am most inspired by morning walks, the changing of seasons, vivid sunsets, reading, evenings on the beach, and, above all, time with my family.

I owe so much of my love for painting to my first art teacher, Mrs. Grimmer, and to my high-school art teacher, Mrs. Swift. Both of these women taught me the patience and love for the process of painting.
